I wonder if I can bring him down a couple hundred bucks, cause new RPF1s are 1100, and the tires are about 6 to 700. So about 1800 for brand new things.

This may be sacrilegious, but I never really liked rpf1s. But this is coming from a guy who had XXRs on his last car so take my opinion with a grain of salt haha

I am not a big fan of them either, but they are light and fairly cheap. You can't beat them, you can have a set of Volks for 3600 or RPF1s which are lighter and 1/3rd the price. Plus they are reliably strong.

Get a set of wheels that will make you look at your car every day and think, damn that's sexy! It'll be worth it and you don't want to regret spending money on wheels that you don't absolutely love.
